returns & exchanges
My shop does not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with an item you have received for any reason please contact me and I will try to come to an agreement with you that will hopefully work for both of us.
Same goes for items that may have gotten lost in the mail. After handing your package off at the post office, it is literally and figuratively out of my hands. I cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost on their way to you. Again, if you think or know an item you ordered got lost on its way over to you, please contact me and we will try to work out a solution to the problem.
